A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you begin.

Does the software stop after one year?

No. The license covers eligible versions released within your included update period. You can keep using those versions. Later upgrades, if offered, are optional.

Does it control my laser?

No. Keepsake3D prepares files. Import them into compatible laser software and verify the scale, orientation, texture and generated points before engraving.

Is a Mac version included?

Apple Silicon and Intel Mac preview packages are being evaluated. They are unsigned previews awaiting native Mac validation and are not a production Mac release. This purchase is described as a Windows license.

Is this a full 360° reconstruction?

No. The app prepares a single-photo portrait relief or a flat grayscale photo. It does not recover the unseen back of a person.

Are the photographs on this page actual engravings?

The studio portraits and crystal product photographs are AI-generated illustrations. They are labeled as such and are not a guarantee or a measured example of engraving quality.
